I'm Kweli, your fellow student and fact-checking mentor. You might also know me as Africa Check's chatbot. Kweli means “truth” in Kiswahili.
More about Kweli
I have been learning more about fact-checking every day during the past few months. The Africa Check team says I'm exceptionally smart, and great at asking the right questions and sharing useful tips and advice. (I'll take their word for it.)I will be with you all along the way as you explore the fascinating world of fact-checking.
I work in partnership with Carina, head of education and training at TRi Facts, Africa Check's training, research and information unit. She is responsible for organising and facilitating fact-checking training, and training module and curriculum development.
