Ruwan ganyen gwaza baya maganin basir

Wani saƙo da ke yawo a Facebook na iƙirarin cewa “ƙarfin magani” da “ruwan” tsirrai zai yi maganin basir. 

Ƙasan taken na cewa “kuyi maganin basir”: “Kuyi amfani da ƙarfin maganin da ke cikin wannan ruwan gwazan da zan sanar da ku. Ruwan yana aiki ga basir, wanda aka fi sani da Ako Jedi (da Yarabanci).”

Gwaza ko taro, amfanin gona ne da ake ci, ya ke kuma fitowa daga saiwarsa, sai dai ana iya cin ilahirin ɗan itacen. 

Rubutun na Facebook ya bayyana yadda za’a yanka ganyen gwaza a saka a basir ɗin, sannan rubutun ya ce “ruwan zai saka basir ɗin komawa. An gwada an kuma amince”.

Mun tambayi Dr Joanah Ikobah, wadda babbar likitar yara ce da ta ƙware akan cututtukan cikin ciki da cututtukan hanta, kuma babbar malama a jami’ar Calabar a Kudancin Najeriya, akan wannan magani ta hanyar amfani da gwaza. 

“Ruwan gwaza ba maganin basir ba ne. Da farko ya kamata a san abun da ya ke jawo basir ɗin, kamar a tabbata mara lafiya bashi da matsalar wahalar fitar bayan gida ko taurin bayan gida. [Wannan matsalar] ana iya maganin ta a asibiti, a wasu lokutan kuma sai anyi aiki,” likitar ta ce.

Ikobah ta ce mafi akasari, dalili da kuma tsananin ciwon ne zai bayyana yadda za’ayi maganin ciwon. 

A cewar hukumar lafiya ta Biritaniya, za’a iya maganin basir ko a kiyaye kamuwa da shi ta hanyar shan ruwa mai yawa, cin abinci mai ɗauke da sinadarin faiba, yin wanka da ruwan ɗumi don rage raɗaɗin ciwon ko ƙaiƙayi, motsa jiki akai-akai da kuma rage shan barasa ko abincin da ke ɗauke da sinadarin kaffain a ciki.
