Majalisar jihar Legas bata fitar da dokar kafa Shari’a don ta taimaki ɗan takarar shugaban ƙasa ba

Wani hoton allon waya wato  sikirinshut na wani shafin yanar gizo da ba’a san shi ba, wanda aka rarraba a Facebook da WhatsApp a Najeriya a tsakiyar watan Julin 2022, yayi iƙirarin cewa jihar Legas ta fitar da dokar ƙirƙirar kotunan shari’ah a jihar. 

Shari’a itace dokar shari’ar addinin islama, wadda musulmi ke ɗaukar ta a matsayin dokar ubangiji, wadda ke samar da ayyukan da masu imani zasuyi. 

“Majalisar jihar Legas a sihirce ta fitar da dokar Shari’a a wani shiri na ganin cewa sun samu goyan bayan ƴan arewa ga Tinubu,” rubutun da ke jikin hoton allon wayar ke cewa

Rubutun ya cigaba da cewa: “Ƙosawar Bola Tinubu ta kai ƙololowa, bayan mun yi zaton ba zai durƙusawa iyayen gidansa ƴan arewa ba.” 

Tinubu ne ɗan takarar shugaban ƙasar Najeriya a zaɓe mai zuwa daga jami’iyya mai mulki wato All Progressive Congress, zaɓen da aka shirya yi a watan Fabrairun 2023. 

Rubutun da ke jikin hoton allon wayar na cigaba da iƙirarin cewa majalisar jiha “a ɓoye kuma a cikin hanzari ta fitar da dokar ƙirƙirar kotun shari’a a Legas, wadda tuni gwamna mai ci a yanzu ya amince ta zama doka”.

An bayyana da’awar a matsayin ‘ƙarya’

Majalisar jihar Legas ta ce a shafinta na Twita a ranar 13 ga watan Yuli labarin ƙarya ne. 

Cikakkiyar sanarwar da Setonji David, shugaban kwamitin watsa labarai, tsaro da tsare-tsare na majalisar ya fitar, na cewa: “An jawo hankalin majalisar jihar Legas akan wani rahoto da ke ta yawo a kafafen sada zumunta, cewa majalisar a ɓoye ta kafa dokar shari’ah a wani shiri na neman samun goyan bayan ƴan arewa ga Tinubu, ɗan takarar shugaban ƙasa a jami’iyyar APC. 

“Ba mu so mu darajanta wanda yayi wannan rubutu ba, amma ya kamata mu fayyace gaskiya, wannan kawai al’mara ce daga marubucin, kuma ƙarya ce gaba ɗayanta.”

David ya ƙara da cewa hanyar da ake bi don kafa doka a bayyane take ga dukkan al’umma: “Ba za’a iya miƙa doka a jihar Legas ba tare da an zauna an saurare ta ba a bainar jama’a.”
