Ministan yaɗa labaran Najeriya Lai Mohammed ya tuhumi ɗan takarar shugaban ƙasa daga jam’iyyar Labour Peter Obi da cewa shi ne “wanda ya haddasa” rikicin #EndSARS, cewar wasu saƙonni da ke yawo a  Facebook tun watan Yuli 2022

“Wasu abubuwan da suka faru a kwana-kwanan nan sun bayyana wanda ya haddasa rikicin ENDSARS a Najeriya, wanda ya jawo asarar kadarorin gwamnati da mutuwar jami’an tsaro,” ɗaya daga cikin mafi tsaho daga saƙonnin ke cewa

#EndSARS da akayi akan nuna ƙin amincewa da gallazawar da ƴan sanda masu ƴaki da ƴan fashi ke yiwa jama’a, an fara ta ne a Tiwita inda ta zarce har zuwa titunan  Najeriya. A watan Oktoba 2020, ƴan sanda suka harbi aƙalla mutune 12 daga cikin masu zanga-zangar a wajen biyan kuɗin shiga na titin Lekki da ke Legas. 

Saƙon ya ƙara da cewa: “Da dama daga cikin mutanen da matasan da suka yi zanga-zangar suna yiwa Peter Obi ƴaƙin neman zaɓen zama shugaban ƙasa ne. Dukkansu, babu wanda baya ciki.”

Najeriya na shirin gudanar da babban zaɓen ta, don zaɓen sabon shugaban ƙasa da mataimakinsa, da kuma ƴan majalisar dattawa da ta wakilai, a ranar 25 ga watan Fabrairun 2023.

Saƙon bai bayyana lokaci da wajen da Mohammed yayi furucin ba. Wannan na daga cikin alamomin da ke nuna cewa da’awar ta ƙarya ce.

A watan Yuli, ma’aikatar ta wallafa hoton allon waya na mafi tsayi daga cikin saƙonnin a sahihin shafin ta na Tiwita tare da tambarin dake cewa “BOGI” akan rubutun. Sun rubuta kamar haka: “#JAN HANKALI AKAN LABARAN BOGI!”

Yayin da zaɓen Najeriya na 2023 ke gabatowa, Africa Check na samun yawaitar kalamai da tsokaci na ƙarya da ake danganta su ga jiga-jigan ƴan siyasa. Wannan ka iya kawo matsala ga muhawarar siyasa ta yanar gizo da ta zahiri, ya kuma ragewa masu zaɓe damar zaɓen wanda suke da cikakken sani a kai.
