How true is the claim Rivers State has never allocated less than 30% of its budget to education?


According to the Rivers State approved budget, in 2020 the sum of N49.471 billion was proposed for the education sector which represents 9% of the state’s total budget. In 2021, some N30.466 billion was allocated to education representing 6.7% of the state’s total budget.
