What is the highest level of education completed by most Kenyans?

Close to half of Kenyans who have attended school (18 million of 36.2 million) completed primary school, according to the 2019 Kenya Population and Housing Census. Another 8.9 million (25%) completed secondary school while 3.4 million (9%) did not complete any level.
