Which three countries in Africa have the least debt?

Equatorial Guinea (8% of its GDP), the Democratic Republic of the Congo (10.6 % of its GDP) and Botswana (23.2 % of its GDP) have the lowest external debt, according to the latest statistics from the International Monetary Fund.
