How big is Ghana’s cabinet?

Ghana’s constitution requires a newly sworn-in president to appoint a cabinet to assist him/her to determine government policies. It further stipulates the composition of the cabinet: the president, the vice-president and “not less than 10 and not more than 19 ministers of state”.
