What institutions are perceived to be the most corrupt in Kenya?

According to the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government is identified as the most corruption-prone, with a significant percentage of corruption prevalence. Following closely are the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning, which also have high corruption prevalence rates.
