Yes, Hosni Mubarak, former Egyptian president, has died

Former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak has died, reports a 25 February 2020 article on the Nigerian website the Source.

The article has been shared on Facebook – and flagged as possibly false



But it’s correct. 

Mubarak was being treated in the intensive unit of a military hospital in Cairo when he passed away on 25 February 2020. 

Mubarak ruled Egypt for 30 years until he was forced to resign in February 2011, following weeks of protest. – Africa Check
