Babu hujjar cewa yin lilo da jiki na ‘daƙiƙa 10’ zai rage girman furostet ɗin da ya kumbura ‘a nan ta ke’

ATAƘAICE: Wani saƙo a Facebook na iƙirarin cewa motsa jiki zai rage girman furostet ɗin da ya kumbura. Africa Check bata samu hujjar da zata tabbatar da hakan ba. 

 

Wani bidiyo da aka saka a Facebook na iƙirarin cewa dubban maza sun magance matsalar kumburin furostet ta hanya “mafi sauƙi” wato yin “lilo da jiki na daƙika 10”.
