Aretha Mashotana joined Africa Check in April 2023 as the head of partnership and engagement. She holds a degree in international relations. Aretha has been in the non-profit space for over a decade and is passionate about making a meaningful contribution to improving the state of Africa. She has spent her career working in large shops and small, in a variety of sectors (including education, social services and the arts). The campaigns Aretha has worked on have gone on to raise millions for the charities she had the honour of serving.
