Bokamoso Matsawane started at Africa Check as Outreach Intern in January 2023. She holds a diploma in journalism from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. While studying journalism, she worked as a research assistant in the media department, and she has worked as a broadcast journalist for Rainbow FM. The role of Outreach Assistant speaks to her enjoyment of connecting with people and locations. Bokamoso enjoys composing poetry as a means of self-expression, and you might find her with a book in hand more often than not.
