Mmabatho Koena joined Africa Check as a project coordinator in February 2023. Mmabatho has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 10 years. She previously worked at Unjani Clinics NPC and SA Guide-Dogs Association for the Blind, where she gained experience in fundraising and project management, and she has a certification in Prince 2 Foundation. Before joining Africa Check Mmabatho was the Corporate Social Investment Coordinator for Abcon Group Foundation.
